State-of-the-art audio and visual systems make 540 at The Park the perfect location for your next meeting of the minds.
The Devall Room
At 1,800 square feet, this space is ideal for larger meetings and receptions. The Devall Room can host 120 seated guests (theater style) or more than 200 standing. State of the art audio-visual systems including multiple monitors make presentations easy to view from anywhere in the room. Webcams and microphones are easily accessible throughout, making the Devall Room an excellent location for video conferencing.

The Boardroom
The Boardroom and the Devall Room may be reserved individually or in combination. In addition, the lobby and a covered outdoor patio may be incorporated for receptions with more than 200 guests.
The Boardroom rental includes:

- 1 podium and microphone
- 1 credenza with integrated refrigerator
- 3 – 4K permanently mounted 65″ presentation monitors

Rental Pricing
Event spaces are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Half-day rental is 4 hours. Full-day rental is 8 hours.
