Welcome to 540 at The Park, the executive meeting and event center in the heart of Auburn’s research park. Our elegantly appointed, versatile spaces create an atmosphere of comfort and productivity for sessions of any size or focus. State-of-the-art audio and visual systems make 540 at The Park the perfect location for your next meeting of the minds.

At almost 1,800 square feet, this space is ideal for larger meetings or receptions. The Devall Room can host 120 seated guests or more than 200 standing guests. Socially distanced set-ups are available, and multiple monitors make presentations easy to view from anywhere in the room. Webcams and microphones are easily accessible throughout, making the Devall Room an excellent location for video conferencing.

The Devall Room rental includes:

  • Capacity:
    • 80 – Seated
    • 120 - Theatre style
    • 256 – Cocktail Style
  • 8 - 72 inch round tables and 100 chairs
  • 3 – Rectangle buffet tables
  • 3 – Permanently mounted presentation monitors
  • 1 - Podium
  • Set-up and breakdown of room

The Boardroom seats 22 at an executive-style table, with additional seating available along the walls. As in the Devall Room, the 580-square-foot Boardroom features cutting-edge audio and visual systems developed specifically for the space.

The Boardroom and the Devall Room may be reserved individually or in combination. In addition, the lobby, café and covered outdoor terraces may be incorporated for receptions with more than 200 guests.

The Boardroom rental includes:

  • Capacity:
    • 22 – Seated
  • 1 stationary table (20’ X 7’) and 24 chairs
  • 3 – Rectangular buffet tables
  • 1 – Permanently mounted presentation monitor
  • 1 - Podium
  • Set-up and breakdown of room

Venue Fees

Event spaces are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Half-day rental is 4 hours. Full-day rental is 8 hours.

  • Alternative pricing and hours are available for weekday evenings, Saturday, and Sunday as well as Game Day Weekends.
  • Members of the Auburn Research Park community will receive a discount on space rental.
